1Booking Policy

• Reservations can be made via our official website, WhatsApp, or email.

• A booking is considered confirmed once we receive the travel details and participant information.

• We recommend booking at least 3 days before the tour date to ensure service availability.

• Changes to the tour date or number of participants can be made up to D-2, subject to availability.

2Payment Policy

• Payments are made directly through our designated app, using e-wallets, bank transfers, or other digital methods.

• We do not require a deposit. However, we kindly ask for final confirmation on D1 to ensure smooth scheduling.

• Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours before the tour) may incur operational fees, depending on the services prepared.

• If the tour is canceled by Henni Bali Tour due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, guests may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.

3Customer Rights & Responsibilities

Customer Rights:

• Receive services as described in the selected package (transportation, guide, entrance tickets, etc.).

• Obtain clear information regarding the itinerary, pick-up time, and emergency contact.

• Submit feedback or complaints if services do not meet the agreed standards.

Customer Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate personal data and reconfirm prior to the tour.

• Maintain order and respect local culture throughout the tour.

• Be responsible for personal belongings and follow the guide's instructions for group safety.

4Henni Bali Tour Rights & Responsibilities

Company Rights:

• Refuse participants who violate rules or pose safety risks to the group.

• Adjust the itinerary if necessary for comfort and safety.

Company Responsibilities:

• Deliver services as described in the package and ensure participant comfort.

• Provide responsive support before and during the tour.

• Protect customer privacy and data security.
