Not everything needs to be called "theraphy" to make a real difference. Sometimes you just need to have a good conversation, in a quiet and calm space with someone who won't judge you or try to fix you. Over time, I've had guests, often unexpectedly, open up to me about what's going on beneath the surface. I've trained in NLP, hypnotherapy, sound healing, and emotional support, but more than that, I've been through tough things myself. That's where the understanding really comes from.
So I'm offering something different: a one-day experience just for you. It's not structured or formal. We could go to the beach, sit in nature, walk somewhere peaceful and serene. You lead the pace, whether you'd talk or not. It's just a time for you to breathe, reflect, and maybe shift something that's been sitting heavily for a while. It's simple. It's private.
