1Cancellation by Customer
• Cancellations made up to D-3 before the tour date will not incur any fees.
• Cancellations made less than D-3 may incur operational charges, depending on the services already arranged (transportation, tickets, guide, etc.).
• We will do our best to assist with rescheduling, but availability is not guaranteed.
2Cancellation by Henni Bali Tour
If the tour is canceled by us due to extreme weather, operational disruptions, or force majeure, customers are entitled to:
• Reschedule at no additional cost
• Full refund via the original payment method
3Rescheduling
• Rescheduling requests must be submitted no later than D-3 and are subject to service availability.
• Last-minute rescheduling (D-2 or D-1) will be handled flexibly, but availability is not guaranteed.
4Refunds
• Refunds are processed through the same payment method used during booking.
• The refund process takes 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
• Refunds are not available for services that have been partially used (e.g., if a participant cancels mid-tour).
5Special Conditions
• For promotional packages or group bookings, cancellation and refund policies may differ and will be explained at the time of booking.
• Henni Bali Tour is not responsible for cancellations due to participant delays, unless caused by technical issues on our side.
