If you are looking for another driver or someone to help you with your planning, Henni is the person you are looking for! Henni came to pick us up upon arrival in Denpasar and immediately it was a very warm welcome, she even brought a cookie for our little ones, so sweet! Just brilliant! We spent 5 days in total with Henni and her team during our first trip to Bali. I only wish I had met her sooner, her guidance was invaluable in planning our itinerary and was so helpful, especially for a first timer. Days out were made so easy, and Henni was really accommodating with any changes made-even making a special trip to buy souvenirs one day on the way back to our hotel. Her team are also great, they really worked hard to ensure they meet the high standards Henni sets for her client experience. We travelled as a family (with two teenagers) and we all really enjoyed our time with our guides, it felt like having friends in Bali.

Henni was an incredible guide, extremely fun, very professional and highly motivated. She is also very flexible (appreciate this!) and for that she deserves a special thanks. We had several great days with her, which obviously also added up to our Bali experience.   Henni has such a warm personality, we had many good laughs together and we truly enjoyed making the trips with her. She recommended some better spots and warned about places where we might waste time and protected us from people who might want to take advantage of tourists. We took a half day tour with Henni's team specifically Adi. He was awesome! We were sad that Henni wasn't able to take us initially but Adi more than made up for it. He was easy to talk to, informative, and super focused on our needs and the environment (i.e. weather, traffic). Although we didn't tour with Henni - she was awesome to coordinate with as I had lots of questions, changes to schedules, etc. We highly recommend to anyone reading this to utilize them if you are in Bali.

She designed a personalised tour for us with ATV which was just us 2. Then Balinese water purification snd prayers. Followed by sound healing. Henni took the time to get to know us and to fill out questionnaire, answering all our questions. We paid deposit and she confirmed straight away. If you are looking for a high quality experience that is just designed for you I highly recommend Henni.

Hi everyone just want to put a appreciation post on about Henni Balitour and her team they are fantastic to book with and 5***** from me and my family, we have just came back from a 10 day trip and days of activities with these and didn't disappoint at all if your looking for a driving team look no further, ( we are from the UK) nothing was a bother for them we where tired one day so we changed our activities and it was sorted straight away! Thank you sooooo much henni and team making our trip memorable ❤️💙, ps can't wait to be back! 😘
